The nearest airpors to kalymnos is  kos airpors. Direct charter flights are available to kos from most European countries.

From the airport, a 10 minute journey by taxi takes you to the port of Mastihari,

where local ferries to kalymnos depart three or four times a day.

The crossing to the port of Pothia takes 45 minutes.Sakis will meet you at the boat.

Larger ferries to kalymnos leave Piraeus, the port of Athens, twice a day.

There is also a ferry, Hydrofoi and Catamaran service from Rhodes, calling at kos town and Kalymnos.

Olympic Airways flies now Athens to Kalymnos
